General Information:

**NOTE: OUR RECYCLE CENTERS ARE CERTIFIED BY CALRECYCLE THEREFORE ARE SUBJECT TO STATE CRV (California Redemption Value) REGULATIONS

Daily Allowable CRV Limits:

  • Aluminum / Plastic beverage containers – 100 pounds per day/vehicle
  • Glass beverage containers – 2,000 pounds per day/vehicle
  • Bag-in-box beverage containers – 50 pounds per day/vehicle
  • Multi-layer pouch beverage containers – 25 pounds per day/vehicle
  • Paperboard carton beverage containers – 25 pounds per day/vehicle

Any loads exceeding this limit will be rejected at our facilities for the entirety of load. We can NOT take “up to” the daily limit and return the balance as this is considered a “split load” which is not allowed by the CRV regulations. The only exceptions for weight limitations are entities who have been Certified by CalRecycle directly under the following Programs:

  • Drop Off / Collections Recycle Program (CP)
  • Community Service Program (SP)
  • Recycling Centers (RC)

Free drop off for residential customers only (no 24 hr drop off):

  • E-waste (computers, monitors, radios, etc… anything with an electrical cord)
  • Fluorescent light bulbs
  • LED light bulbs
  • Antifreeze
  • Batteries
  • Cell phones
  • Oil (petroleum based: motor oil, hydraulic oil, etc…)
  • Paint (both oil and water-based)
