The Community Hazardous Waste Collection Center is managed by the County of Santa Barbara and is located on the UCSB campus at Mesa Road, Building 565 in Goleta, California.  This facility is open to households on Saturdays from 9am-3pm and Sundays from 11am - 3pm, except for major holidays and when it is raining.  This facility is open to businesses on Fridays from 9am - 3pm by appointment only.   Please call the County of Santa Barbara’s Resource Recovery & Waste Management Division at (805) 882-3602 to schedule an appointment and to determine if your business is eligible for this service.
