Payment Methods
MarBorg offers many convenient payment and billing options, and we invite you to utilize the options that best suit your needs.
Mail Payment The bottom portion of each bill can be detached and mailed in its enclosed return envelope along with a check for your payment. When you return your payment stub you may also make any necessary corrections to your account information, such as your name or address. To make any changes to your service information, such as the quantities or sizes of your containers, please call the office so that a customer service representative may assist you in making the change. Pay by Phone

You may call our office at 805.963.1852 during business hours, 7:00am-5:20pm M-F and 7:00am-3:00pm Sat, to make a payment with a major credit card.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.  You may also make changes to your account at that time.

Auto-Pay Please click here to download our Auto Pay form to sign up for this option. Be sure to fill out the first section of the form with your account information including name, address, and your MarBorg account number (found on your bill). Then choose from one of the two payment options. If you choose to enroll a checking account, please return a voided check with this form. If you choose to enroll a credit card, please fill out the credit card section completely. Please sign and date the bottom of the form and return it, along with your voided check if needed, to P.O. Box 4127, Santa Barbara, CA 93140.
Pay Online Please click here to Pay Your Bill Online. This is a secure payment site where you may sign up for an online account. To sign up, you will need your account number and your access code, found on your bill (click here to view example). If you do not see an access code on your bill, please call our office and we will be happy to provide you with one. You will register an e-mail address and a password to sign in. If you have multiple accounts with MarBorg, you may register the same e-mail address and password for each. You may make one-time payments through this website, as well as view your account and billing information.
Billing Options
In addition to multiple payment options, we also provide multiple billing options for your convenience. 
Paper Statements

If you would like to receive paper statements, no action is required and we will continue to send you a paper statement at the beginning of each billing cycle (each month for businesses, and every two months for residences).

PDF Statements

We encourage you to go paperless and receive your statements by e-mail. If you choose this option, a pdf statement will be e-mailed to you at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may register for this option online through our secure payment site. To sign up, you will need your account number and your access code, found on your bill (click here to view example). You will register an e-mail address and a password to sign in. If you have multiple accounts with MarBorg, you may register the same e-mail address and password for each. After you sign in to your account, you may change your billing option to receive paper bills, pdf bills, and/or e-mail notifications. If you would like to receive PDF Statements without signing up for an online account, please call us at 805.963.1852 and we can set up this option for you.

E-mail Bill Notifications You may also sign up for an e-mail notification to be sent to you at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may register for this option online through our secure payment site. To sign up, you will need your account number and your access code, found on your bill (click here to view example). You will register an e-mail address and a password to sign in. If you have multiple accounts with MarBorg, you may register the same e-mail address and password for each, After you sign in to your account, you may change your billing option to receive paper bills, pdf bills, and/or e-mail notifications. This e-mail will tell you that your bill is ready, but the e-mail itself will not contain any specific information such as the amount of your bill. You may continue to receive paper bills in addition to the e-mail notifications, or you can choose to receive only the e-mails, and then log in to your online account to pay the bill.

We hope that you will find a combination of billing and payment options that works for you.  Please be aware that you may change these options at any time.  If you choose not to enroll in any of our automatic or online options, you will continue to receive paper statements and you may continue to make payments by mail or by phone.  If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us by phone or by e-mail.
